Borrowers Rights and Responsibilities

Borrower's Rights

Grace Period and Repayment: A grace period is the period of time before you must begin or resume repayment of your loan. Payment is not required during grace period, and interest does not accrue. You are encouraged, at your option and without penalty, to make payments during your grace period thereby reducing your total interest paid. Perkins/Health Professions Loans are revolving University funds. What you pay back becomes a resource for current and future Colorado State University students.
